What's the Fastest Path That Leads to the Arrest of Child Rapists?

I’m getting really tired of the excuses. The FBI released a memo regarding the Epstein files in July in which they said they would “not permit the release of child pornography.”The problem is that in today’s cowardly media environment, all the reporters just nod their head and say, “Oh yes, of course, you can’t release child pornography.”Meanwhile, nobody says, “Wait a minute, if you have video of kids being raped, why don’t you identify the men and haul them off to jail?”For some reason people act like that’s an unreasonable comment. I just had a guy leave 4 responses, each over a thousand words, to one of my posts. He urged for “civility” and argued that it was vital to “slow down the process” to prevent crimes against the innocent.Slow it down? Are you kidding me?The Epstein investigation began in 2005! Since then the only one who has faced any jail time is Ghislaine Maxwell. It’s been 20 years! You’re telling me “you need more time?”Are you out of your mind?Meanwhile, all the guilty men are still out there brutally raping children. They’re torturing innocent children mentally, physically, and emotionally. Many of these kids end up dead. Do you know what that tells me? It tells me that we need a sense of urgency.I’m really tired of people who try to pitch the false argument that they want to create delays to ensure “justice is done.” There are places where an argument like that is valid. For example, when a presidential candidate starts screaming that people are out eating cats and dogs, we should wait to verify whether that’s true before implementing any consequences.But of course in that situation, there’s no time for delay at all.When somebody is assassinated, there should be some delay before the radical right begins blaming the left without any evidence whatsoever.But of course in that situation, there’s no time for delay at all.When it comes to a global organization of wealthy and powerful child rapists and multiple investigations that have uncovered video evidence… the right wants to delay.“Hang on now, let’s not get innocent people caught up in this mess.”“Have you physically stopped any of them from raping children?”“Well… er, no.”The challenging aspect of all this is that I don’t even know if the people who are calling for delay truly believe that they are saying the right thing. Are they sincere? Yes, there are instances where it’s important to cool down the temperature.But that time is not when all the evidence suggests that children are still out there getting raped. We have to do something! The child rapists have to be stopped.This impulse that we need to defer to decorum is the most offensive thing I’ve ever encountered in my life. Nobody should ever talk to a member of the Royal family without bringing up damning questions about Prince Andrew. I’m curious, do you think members of the Royal family leave their children alone with that guy? What do Prince Harry and Meghan Markle think? Aren’t they supposed to be activists for a good cause?Isn’t stopping child rape a good cause? Do something about it.The only thing those of us who are not involved with law enforcement can do is offer pressure.Twenty years and not a single man has been arrested regarding this case? Are you kidding me?“You have to understand these things take time.”“Say twenty years instead of ‘time.’ Go on! Say the words so that everybody can see what a cowardly, bold faced liar you are. It doesn’t take twenty years unless you’re deliberately covering it up!”Then people come at me like I’m the problem. It’s because they’re afraid of the general public figuring out how angry they should be.I’ve seen enough of the Epstein files to guarantee that they have enough evidence to bring a few more guys in for questioning. That should be happening now. Bring them in. This is an administration that’s spending all its time and energy rounding up completely innocent immigrants who don’t have any criminal record.Why don’t you take ICE and reassign them to start rounding up those dudes on those child pornography tapes you insist you aren’t going to release? Bring them in. You’ve had twenty years!This is how you break up criminal empires. You bring in the lower ranking conspirators, you hit them with charges, you get them to testify against the others. That’s how it’s done. The act of evidence gathering entails making arrests.They’re not making arrests not because “they haven’t had time,” it’s because they’re corrupt.So, every single one of you who is reading this needs to start putting on the pressure. Call up your representatives. Demand that they start arresting child rapists. Bring this up when you’re out with your friends. Write blog posts about it. Demand that there is action. Only support candidates that are also willing to apply pressure.There is still a HUGE movement to try and sweep this scandal under the rug, but you can’t lose sight of the facts. We KNOW that powerful men raped and tortured kids. We KNOW that there is enough evidence to identify these men. We KNOW law enforcement has had plenty of time to build a case and hold these men accountable.We KNOW they haven’t done it and twenty years has passed.Apply pressure. Get angry. Demand justice. Do not listen to the two faced liars who try to gaslight us into thinking we have to endure further delay. We don’t.
