What's the Ideal Therapist Schedule?

from Private Practice Skills · host Private Practice Skills

I’ve always been so curious to know what the most ideal, perfect therapist schedule is. Not only do I wonder how many clients per week should we see to maximize happiness, but also, how many clients per day? And how many back-to-back? Do we need to contain them during regular business hours or do we need to be open to seeing clients during nights and weekends? In today’s episode, I set out to answer this question through an informal survey of my email list, which received 125 responses (!!). THANK you for responding, it’s so helpful!
