What's The Vibe? The polarity of grief

We're smack bang in our Eclipse portal now, and the vibes feel a little like this:- Polarising feelings and allowing them to coexist (e.g grief and joy, anxiety and excitement, depletion and energetic "aliveness"- Resurgence of suppressed grief in all forms asking to be FULLY felt (tears aplenty!) And overall a message to allow ALL to come to the surface to be felt, and moved.
