What’s Up With Adult Friendships?

We’re talking about adult friendships this week. All week. (Minus the albums episode.) We’ve only done this one other time, and that time was also something mental health related because it is complex and important- And of course friendship impacts your mental health! Immensely. Because the people you spend time with have influence over how your life goes.
