Whats up with the REALTOR Commission Settlement

If you haven't heard the National Association of Realtors just settled a lawsuit about real estate commission. This is going to have a massive effect on transactions starting in July 2024. Don't believe everything you are reading in the media, however. Their claims that home prices will drop, commission rate will drop are not accurate. Find out what this ruling really means as well as how it will impact the buyer and seller relationship.
