Most people think of money as a useful tool – to facilitate exchange, a necessity if we are to make a complex economy work. This podcast challenges these ideas. Money and the market go hand in hand. The market gives money priority. Social justice and environmental sanity take second place. The market and money depend on alienated labour. To change to a system that works for people and the planet we need to get rid of money.
