What's Your Niche & Purpose

Kerland Toussaint is from streets of Little Haiti Miami, Florida, born to Haitian-decent parents. She is a mother, Author, Inspirational speaker, Mentor and Encourager. Consequently, with only completely the 8th grade; Kerland went back to school 15 years later were she earned her Bachelor Degree in Health Administration with a Minor in Business from Florida Atlantic University. Kerland’s transparency, charisma, sense of humor along with her powerful testimonies have encourage & inspire people to be transformed. She has influenced the lost to help them get over their past trauma and be healed by her relatable survivor experiences. She is a survivor & overcomer! Kerland’s mission and passion is to help others get set free from childhood trauma, abuse & rejection. Walking in her God-given purpose was the inspiration she needed to found her yearly impactful event called What's Your Niche & Purpose Conference and Expo. Where she encourages and emphasize a job is what they paid to do; your purpose is what you were born and called to do.Kerland has also empowered people to quantum leap pass trauma and into their God given purpose. Kerland’s passion for helping others overcome the challenges she overcame is what inspired her to share her journey in her new memoir, “From the Streets to the Pulpit: Walking in Purpose.” Where she shares her life and death and experiences, testimonies how she overcame everything that was thrown her way.
