What's your Sabbath?

Jesus' ministry became one of persecution because of the stranglehold that the Jewish leaders had upon their people with man-made religious rules, one being their interpretation of how to handle the Sabbath day. What is your Sabbath? Meaning what are some man-made rules that you hold to that are outside of the Bible?
