Morning Mantra: "Mind, body and soul.  These are the things self-care is all about."It's a fact that two things can be true at the same time. Sometimes personal growth looks more like spending less time trying to heal yourself and more time just enjoying life.  Because the truth is if you enjoy your life, you will be a better person for it.  So focusing on self-care by enjoying life is a key to personal growth.  How cool is that?Self-care doesn't look the same for everyone all the time.  It's easy to judge and defend yourself if you find your self-care routine this week looks different than what we've been told it is supposed to be.  You do you.Sometimes my self-care is exercising and eating right, sometimes it's spending time with love ones, or taking a nap.
