What’s your Word for 2022?

Unpopular opinion: I don’t really believe in New Year’s resolutions. Hey now! But I have one better for you and it’s been successful for me in the past – choosing a word. In today’s episode I share with you my specific method that I’m using this year to choose my word, why I think this is more successful over failed resolutions and how I use it daily.
