Feel To Heal With Sharyn Nichols Inspired Choices Network LIVE MONDAYS 6 PM ET/5 CT/4 MT/3 PT Do you feel like you’re high-functioning on the outside but carrying too much on the inside? Are you tired of repeating the same patterns—overthinking, shutting down, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed—without real change? Feel to Heal is a trauma-informed approach to emotional healing that helps you slow down, name what’s true, and respond with self-trust instead of survival mode. Through honest conversations and practical tools, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, work with your emotions (not against them), and communicate with more clarity and authenticity. Sharyn Nichols, LMFT, is a therapist and integrative guide with decades of experience in mental health and wellness. She created the Feel to Heal process to help people move from “I’m fine” coping to deeper healing—so life feels more peaceful, connected, and true. https://www.feeltoheal.com Feel To Heal: A Guide to Feeling, Healing, and Living from the Truth of Wh The Pop Quiz KMIH 88.9 The Bridge Tune in to a podcast where three teens discuss all things pop culture.
