Perrin and his small group travel from the old sick-house in Westwood across Emonds Field, to scout the Whitecloak camp. On the way, Tam and Abell suggest stopping at the al'Seen Farmstead, which has become one of the many small collections of families who've banded together for self defense. Even with several families under one roof, lookouts on top of the house, and everyone going about armed, this group won't stand a chance against a fist of trollocs led by a myrddraal, and Perrin knows it.
