When A Man Is Tired

from The Frontline Podcast For Christian Men · host Matt Knoll

Life gets tiring for all of us, and we can easily find ourselves running on fumes.  All of our responsibilities within our families, our jobs, places to go and people to see, will truly spend our energy and will cause us to be exhausted.  Then factor in the spiritual battle that Christian men are fighting every day, and we can clearly see how important it is for us to find proper rest and sleep in order to recover physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually every day.  We don't consider sleep to be of much importance.  We more so focus on the grind and working hard, which is an honorable thing, but if we are living our lives burnt out and worn down, we must consider if we are really succeeding at being the men that God has called us to be.  I hope you are challenged and encouraged by today's episode. 🎤 INTERESTED in having me come speak at your church, men's meeting, conference or event?
