She and her husband Peter have two kids, James (8) and JuneBelle (3). Her son James, was born with Down syndrome, hearing loss and a host of medical issues. James is her inspiration to create change. She is determined to redirect the gaze of society to see the strength that lies in our diversity through educating our community about people with disabilities.
