Today I want to talk about my fat loss phase, take 2! I’m always open and honest about my experiences, maybe you can relate or this or maybe this can help help you with your next cutI Started a cut in May and failed miserably Here’s why I probably shouldn’t have started a cut in the first place and why now I’m in a better place.Being in the right place mentally and physically is the key to an effective fat loss phase. If you can’t commit to making the sacrifices needed to lose fat like tracking your macros, prioritizing protein, getting in your workouts and steps, prioritizing sleep and stress management, then you’re probably not ready for a fat loss phase and that’s okay! I hate that expression, well you don’t want it bad enough because honestly I think women do want it bad enough, they’re just not ready for it emotionally or physically. So often I hear, I don’t have time to meal prep, I can’t eat that much protein, I don’t have time to workout. Or, I do good all week, it’s the weekends that are my downfall.
