When Eternal Life Isn't the Real Question - July 10, 2022

Today we’re hearing the story of the Good Samaritan – a story Jesus tells in answer to the question – who is my neighbor. But how often do we pay attention to the question that prompts that question? What must I do to inherit eternal life? That question is the driving force for many Christian traditions – and yet like so many things, the question is about so much more than where we end up after death.
