When Fear Knocks: Praying Until Peace Comes

In this devotional episode, I share how one unexpected phone call revealed that squatters had moved into our vacant rental property—and how God met us in the fear and uncertainty that followed. Inspired by the fall of Jericho, my husband and I invited neighbors to join us in prayer. Within two weeks, the situation was resolved, but God’s work began in our hearts before our circumstances changed. Through Philippians 4:6–7 and Psalm 34:4, we’ll explore how to turn specific worries into prayer, receive God’s peace while we wait, and face seemingly immovable walls with faith and community. Whether God changes our situation quickly or gives us strength for a longer journey, we never have to face our fears alone.
