I'm sharing what came through on a heavy day in my cycle, where I noticed my mind wanting to file the feeling away under a familiar label instead of letting it show me something new. When I stopped predicting what the sensation meant and just stayed with it, the heaviness shifted from something oppressive to something almost nurturing.
