When God Answers Prayer

The Psalmist David tells us in Psalm 28:6-7 “Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.” So who do you know who has not prayed in times of trouble?  Praying in crises is as natural as breathing …believe it or not even those who are not believers when they are in the mist of a crises will pray, not always but yes even they realize there is a higher power than themselves. Praising God for answers is another matter. It seems after the storm, we often forget who rescued us. When the answers come, we may forget to give thanks to the One who gave us the answer.
