The devil is the father of the rebellious. The family of Eli faced the consequences of not honouring God. The worse thing that must not happen to you, your family, work and ministry,,is for God to depart. When God departs, demons and shame takes over. The aftermath sorrow and travail is incomparably unfathomed. When God departs, joy, peace and comfort leave too.
