When God Shed His Grace: The Holy Spirit in American History Part 3 – Native American Awakenings

This week, Pastor Chris will offer Biblical teaching on the nature and work of the Holy Spirit, and will highlight some of the lesser-known – but no less marvelous – times of refreshing in our nation's history. While the 1st and 2nd Great Awakenings were happening, the Holy Spirit was miraculously moving among Native American peoples. While most history books overlook these awakenings, they are recorded in missionary journals and tribal histories. What lessons can we learn from these "forgotten awakenings?"   Hear and celebrate the mighty wonders of God! Some of the Scripture texts we will be looking at: John 3:8; John 16:13-15; and Zechariah 4:6.
