When God Speaks
from Knowing God With Heart and Mind Hosted by Dan Sinkhorn
What happens when God finally breaks the silence in the midst of our deepest pain and unanswered questions? In this installment of the When Life Breaks series, Pastor Dan explores Job 38:1–41 and Job 40:1–5, where the Lord answers Job out of the whirlwind. Far from a petty or condescending reprimand, God’s presence as Yahweh invites Job to view his trial within the vast, sovereign design of a holy Creator. Whether you are navigating personal grief, struggling with unanswered suffering, or seeking comfort on this All Saints Sunday, this message offers a powerful reminder: God’s overwhelming power is paired with intimate care for all of creation. In the presence of divine majesty, Job moves beyond debate to find true perspective—responding not with fear, but with humble awe and quiet trust.
