When God Takes the Stand (Rev. Tony Myles) 6/7/2026

Today we are back in our sermon series on the book of John, "That You May Know." When God takes the stand, there is no higher authority. In John 5:30–47, Jesus reveals that the Father Himself has testified about Him—through miracles, through Scripture, and through His divine mission. Because God has borne faithful witness to Jesus, we look to Christ as our unshakable hope for eternal life. This message challenges us to examine what shapes our vision of Jesus: • Are we chasing human glory, or seeking God’s? • Are we letting God’s love transform us, or resisting His voice? • Are we trusting God’s testimony, or rejecting the truth He has spoken?
