WHEN GOD’S ’s RIGHT HAND LIFTS YOU HIGHER

📖 Scripture “Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.” — Psalm 18:35 Devotional Message There are seasons when progress seems slow, opportunities appear limited, and life's burdens feel heavy. Yet God has a way of lifting His people beyond what human effort alone can accomplish. The right hand of God symbolizes His power, favour, authority, and divine intervention. When God stretches out His mighty right hand, He lifts people from despair to hope, from obscurity to significance, and from weakness to strength. Throughout the Bible, God raised ordinary people to extraordinary assignments. Joseph was lifted from prison to the palace. David was elevated from shepherd to king. Esther was positioned for such a time as this. Their promotion was not merely the result of human ability but of God's sovereign hand at work. God's lifting is different from worldly promotion. The world exalts through status and influence, but God lifts those who trust Him, walk in humility, and remain faithful in every season. Sometimes His lifting is spiritual before it is visible. He first strengthens your character, deepens your faith, and prepares your heart before opening greater doors. When God's right hand lifts you, no opposition can permanently hold you down. No delay can cancel His purpose. No obstacle can prevent His promise. Your responsibility is not to force promotion but to remain faithful where God has planted you. Continue praying. Continue serving. Continue trusting His timing. The One who lifts you knows the perfect moment to reveal His work in your life. Do not compare your journey with others. Do not become discouraged by delays. God's right hand is still at work, preparing and positioning you for His purpose. Stay humble. Stay faithful. Stay expectant. The hand that lifted generations before you is able to lift you into the future He has prepared. Today, Ask Yourself Am I trusting God's timing for my promotion, or am I trying to lift myself through my own strength? Prayer Almighty Father, thank You for Your mighty right hand that lifts and establishes Your people. Help me to remain faithful, humble, and patient as I wait on You. Lift me according to Your perfect will and prepare me for every blessing You have ordained for my life. Let my promotion bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏
