Good morning everyone. I think I am connecting with you my lovely audience after a month or so. I returned from a very nice vacation in India in Thailand. I was thinking that I can do some spur of the moment, I can do some spur of the moment of writing, but I realized that I need a system.

I need a certain environment to do my podcast. I need to come to my podcast station as simple as just the mirror and then my phone and then there is one place where I love to do the podcast, right? In my basement. However, I've seen other partcasters, they can do spur of the moment, podcast, solo podcast.

When they see something spectacular, when they hear something, which they feel like sharing immediately, but I think that's not my personality. So I was in the present moment in Venerable, I was when I was traveling in Chennai and Hyderabad and also in Bangkok, Cambodia. So I realized that being in the present moment, being just there, just there for that moment was more important than capturing or doing a podcast or writing. That's what I learned about myself.

Okay, now coming back to the system that I use to continue my podcast is I write articles and they get published in medium. I write for sub-publications in medium and then when they get published, I, you know, because I've already done the work of thinking and channelizing my thoughts and then writing it. And then I just speak it out of my podcast as simple as that. Okay?

All right. So today's topic is when I use this technique, I heal and help heal the sick. The sub-topic is deeper, true intentions do help heal. I practice a few rituals in the morning that help me integrate and live my BEM body emotions mind model.

One such ritual is seeing affirmations. I have observed that by seeing affirmations loudly in front of the mirror, I get to see myself, hear my voice, watch my body language and feel my feelings. To me, it serves as a perfect coordination of how I'm physically showing up, emotionally feeling and mentally present to what I am affirming. I started saying affirmations several years back when I lost my job and embraced self-employment as a blessing in disguise.

Saying these affirmations have tremendously helped me move through major life transformations from mother to empty nester to mother-in-law to grandmother smoothly. In a professional arena, saying affirmations have helped me be determined with grit and gratitude when expectations are not met. Profit is not made. Or that particular client whom I was banking on teaches, you know, all those things when expectations are not met.

In the following article, I shared how consistently saying an affirmation from Louisa's book, Meditations to Heal Your Life, describing the word prejudice, prejudice helped me to create the following thought patterns. I can choose to love and embrace the differences as valuable, colorful varieties, instead of simply judging and adding no value to be or the person I'm judging for no reason. Permitting myself to internalize Louisa's phrase, everything and everyone is plugged into that one power through it all on our needs are made. It's helping me focus on that one power, like that one electric outlet that charges my phone and reassures me that I don't need to judge someone unnecessarily.

So I have given the link to that article in my link to that article in this article if you go to me in the comments search for this article. As I asked myself the question of how I can remotely help a person, S, I'm going to name that, I don't want to give the name of the person, S who actually is fighting cancer. Dear to me, who is fighting cancer, who I'm automatically driven to open the page titled healing healing. I invite you to read with me aloud in front of the mirror.

Here is the affirmation for the word healing from the book, Meditations to Heal Your Life. Okay, let's do it together, buddies. My body is peaceful, my body is healthy and happy and so am I. Good health is my divine rights.

I'm open and receptive to all the healing energies in the universe. I know that every cell in my body is intelligent and knows how to heal itself. My body is always working towards perfect health. I now release any and all impediments to my perfect healing.

I learn about nutrition and feed my body. Good wholesome food. I watch my thinking and only think healthy thoughts. I release, wipe out and eliminate all thoughts of hatred, jealousy, anger, fear, self-beady, shame and guilt.

I forgive all those who I believe have ever hurt me. I forgive myself for hurting others and for not loving myself more in the past. I love my body. I send love to each organ, bone, muscle and part of my body.

I flirt the cells of my body with love. I'm grateful to my body for all the good health I have had in the past. I accept healing and good health here, accept healing and good health right now and now. I have a mission for the word healing in the book, Meditations to Heal Your Life by doing so.

I've given the link to that particular book. You might ask, this affirmation is all my healing. How am I helping S that person who is fighting cancer, right? You're right.

As I recall reading somewhere that we can choose to add or substitute another person's name and see the affirmation for them. If they cannot or they may not have the time and energy to do it. For their good and they will be benefited. That is exactly what I did.

I just used her name as I said I did not want to mention the name but I said her name and then said the affirmation. It felt like praying for her sincerely and being with her. Also had I not read this affirmation. I would never have thought of specific phrases like releasing anger, releasing self-pity and releasing and also loving each other loving each board loving each muscle.

How many times we say that right? So reading the book making sure that I follow some parts of this book implement in my real life and then when it's working for me why not substitute the name of that person and then just do it. That's all I did. Did you get the point of how it is for my highest good and to her highest good?

As I heal I'm helping her heal by saying the above affirmation which sends your intentions for her to heal. Now shout out to Kamilah Seid for the falling article. An interesting read about increasing confidence. Please go ahead check the link and read it please.
