from Vaisus Podcast · host Vaisakh Sabu

So Brigid akka called me a few days back and said whether I would be open to do an Instagram Live where we talk about the less discussed thing that happens in a meditators life. So this is a honest and open conversation where we talk about things such as Sadhana struggles, when Inner Engineering may not work for you even after practicing for a long time, dropping the practices etc etc. Please be open to this as these are real struggles faced by a lot of us.
