When it Rayns, it Pours

Anyone else feel like they have been DYING a new death every day? Of some kind? I know I'm not alone in feeling like the last several weeks have been Rough. Mentally, emotionally, and even physically. I've felt stuck in several places living out fears, worst nightmares, and those good ol' Shadow aspects coming up to be dealt with. Which is why I was super happy to get a break and take a quick trip out to Nashville to connect with some folks that already feel like old friends. Although the energy has been heavy and sticky for all of us, we managed to expand some ideas and set some rad intentions for the future. On this episode I also open up and share a bit about what my journey has been like. What sorts of things Im working through and hoping to get out of this time. Where I find myself stuck most often, and how I try to combat some of these struggles. Also go into my own personal metaphysical beliefs and take on reality, what I've learned about the subconscious mind and what is this work folks are often referring to as "shadow" work. Its history and application in the present.
