When it's ok to say, no thank you.

Your biz is your biz. If you've ever outsourced something for your biz and what came back just didn't feel right - well it probably isn't. Be ok with saying "no thank you". Be ok with taking more time to get it right. Be ok with pushing back a bit to have everything feel a-ok.
