Life lessons come back around many times for you to learn, relearn, practice, and eventually fully integrate into wisdom. Each time the lesson comes back around you see it differently, or you gather new bits of information or a change in perspective to understand it more clearly. This is exactly what I've noticed in the lesson of living to BE rather than living to DO. The hustle culture has been deeply engrained in our psyches and that constant striving to "do more" has come from a negative pattern of desiring external validation. At least that is what I've learned on my path; living from pressure and a forcefulness to do more is no way to live. In this episode I dive into another perspective around this life lesson and how I'm choosing to integrate it into my own life.
