But the pandemic sparked a change. I went back to school, earning my Master's in Social Work. John Gesumaria, was born in 1988 to a social worker who played a pivotal role in shaping his life. Despite being born with a broken clavicle, a seemingly ironic foreshadowing of challenges and triumphs to come, John persevered through learning disabilities, mental health struggles, and significant losses during his early years. Supported by social workers and driven by a belief in something bigger, he emerged stronger.John's career path led him to corporate America, where he honed his skills as a process consultant while navigating the workplace with a mental health condition.
