Unlike popular belief, the truth is that motivation doesn’t always work. Actually, most times this is true. More motivation with the same habits gets you increase frustration. What is I asked you ‘What's your priorities?’ Would you know them? Does your lifestyle reflect things that are important to you, or does it reflect things that are urgent.
