New Lion Brewery have been working with new Totnes enterprise Wild & Curious, to create two beers for the 2016 Totnes Local Entrepreneur Forum. The collaboration produced 'Definitely Mabey', a nettle, ginger and lemon beer, and 'Curiouser and Curiouser', made with apple, blackcurrants and a Brettanomyces yeast. Here Myrtle Cooper from Wild and Curious and Mat Henney from New Lion Brewery discuss how the beers came about and how it turned out.
