When One Door Closes with guest, Haim Ohayon

Episode 145   Agism, it’s a real thing.  My guest, Haim Ohayon was over 50 when he found himself out of a job and unable to land another job, he was “over-qualified.” Haim immediately started to explore other opportunities, and he didn’t know was next. ·      What did he know? ·      What did he love?   He loved people and loved helping people. But that still didn't give him anything to move forward with. He realized that he now had the power to choose what he wanted, and he needed to find some other way to have an income.  Hiam turned inward to explore: “Who am I, what am I'm doing here, what I'm facing and where do I go?” He landed on coaching and at first the training he sought for his new career fell short of what he was looking for, but he pursued coaching and found success with his clients. Hiam is now the founder of In Motion Coach. He has been coaching for over 11 years, has a Certification as a Holistic Alternative Psychology Master, and he educates, motivates, encourages, and inspires people to explore and meet their desires, goals, and direction in their life journey.
