When Pandering Goes Wrong: Target and Wal-Mart Edition

I saw a video where a guy goes to Target and looks at all the Black History month apparel and makes fun of it. This is a black guy doing this. Let's check out Target and Wal-Mart and peep some gear this guy was mocking. I really take no issue with the idea of Black History month..or Hispanic history or whatever history.
