When People Offer Help

How often do we respond to an offer of help with a quick, "No, thanks, I've got it"? We live in a culture that values independence and self-sufficiency, often viewing the need for assistance as a sign of weakness. We wear our ability to handle everything on our own like a badge of honor. But in doing so, we sometimes close ourselves off from one of the primary ways God shows His love and provision for us: through other people.
