from The ED Recovery Messages

Sometimes it means you're doing something different. And that's a good and brave thing. If recovery currently feels harder than staying in your eating disorder, I hope this video reminds you that you don't have to love recovery every step of the way. You just have to keep choosing the next step that moves you towards food freedom.Subscribe for fortnightly eating disorder recovery insights, and comment below with a topic you would like me to cover in future episodes!🎧 Whether you’re struggling with fear foods, weight gain anxiety, extreme hunger, body checking, food restriction, post-meal guilt, or relapse thoughts, each episode is here to help you reconnect with recovery and build lasting freedom around food and your body.👉🏼 Find me on Instagram at @hanne.arts or visit hannearts.co.uk.🌈 FREE CALL 👉🏼 https://www.hannearts.co.uk/coaching🦋 RESET & RECOVER 👉🏼 https://www.hannearts.co.uk/reset-and-recoverDisclaimer: The information shared in this podcast and as part of 'The ED Recovery Messages' is based on my personal experience, professional training and experience as an eating disorder recovery coach, and general educational research.
