This week is a little real shit show in my house. One of my dogs has been really sick and I’m finding piles of poop everywhere. Frankly, it’s exhausting and I don’t have much time between doing all the laundry, trying not to throw up and wiping up dooty. So what are my nonnegotiables when shit hits the fan? I certainly don’t do all the things that I love to do to take care of myself, but there are three things that I always make sure I do every single day.
