She runs her coaching business, Rise Leadership Circle, with the best partner a girl could ask for, her mom Lisa. Kaela also is one of the co-founders of The Nest Cowork + Club in her hometown Green Bay. She has many obsessions: witchy reads, her dogs Murray and Millie, weekly horseback riding, spa days, snacks, and drinking tea and champagne. Kaela frequently travels internationally, across the US, or on extended road trips. According to Human Design she’s a Reflector, Enneagram 8, and a self proclaimed maximalist. For Kaela home is between Green Bay, WI and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where Kaela and her husband Tom recently purchased their dream lake house to live near the water making her Pisces self happy.
