'When the Defendant Becomes the Plaintiff for a Paternity Test' & 'Playing House Gone Wrong'
from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures
First, The plaintiff Tyshawn had a sexual relationship with the defendant Dementria, who became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter. The plaintiff petitions the court for a DNA test because he says the defendant had a relationship with another man at the same time as him. The plaintiff says his family took care of the little girl when he was in prison, and he wants to confirm he is the father because he already sees her as a daughter. The defendant argues a DNA test already proves the other man isn’t the father. Then, The defendant from the previous case, Dementria, comes back on “Judge Mathis” to petition the court for another paternity test. The defendant Demetrius is also her son’s father. Demetrius reminded Dementria they had sex once around the time she got pregnant with her daughter, so Dementria wants a DNA to see if Demetrius is the father. Plus, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and claims he physically abused her while she was pregnant with their child. She’s suing him for half the value of a trailer, the cost of a car, and unreturned property. The defendant claims the plaintiff showed up at his house with guns drawn, and he denies owing her for anything. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
