Hey, friend, welcome to On The Daily. I'm your host, Danielle McCleary, and I'm a quantum business coach. I'm the host of this podcast. I'm a multi-six figure entrepreneur, co-founder and president of Hype U Media and CEO of Danielle on The Daily Coaching.
What I'm really interested in is helping you live a life and have a business that is a full body, yes. So through all of my education and all of my experience, I'm bringing you two episodes a week where I will guide you and give you the tools necessary to scale a massive, sustainable, and sexy business using your intuition, wealth energetics, and human design. What we can call it is business biohacking. So if you're down for that, then I say, let's frickin' go.
I'm so glad you're here. Hi friends, happy Friday, January 27th. This is like a really big day. It's a very good chance that when you're listening to this, I am either getting ready to go or am currently closing, finally, on our dream home that we have custom built from the ground up.
And it's just a really wild day. And although I am, of course, I'm recording this before the day, I'm already having all these anticipatory feelings of what it's gonna feel like and just how far I've come. And actually, today I was thinking about it and I was having a moment when I was waiting for my fiance to come out of the gym that I'm gonna tell you about in this episode. Cause it's just like a really powerful message, I think that a lot of entrepreneurs need to hear.
So we're gonna share that. But before we get into that, I'm going to let you know that the Reckoning, which is my four training program, all about coming home to yourself. Like just reawakening to the power within yourself. That program is starting on February 1st.
And there are already a ton of you in there. And it's gonna be, I keep saying that this program is kind of like the work of my lifetime right now because it's everything that I wish somebody would have told me when I was feeling lost or feeling like I didn't know what I was doing or feeling like I was going crazy or feeling like I was alone. I just wish that this program would have existed or that I would have had someone to teach me this now. So there is a, like it might feel like a slow burn, it might feel like an itch, it might feel like this fire burning inside of you, but there is a part of you that knows that you are shifting right now.
You are changing, you are owning your personal power, you are leading yourself, you are trying to break free of these loops and these patterns and everything that you know is keeping you stuck. I know that you're ready. I feel it every time you have conversations with anyone and what this program is is really like the roadmap for how that's gonna feel and look and what it can be for you. And I just think that we're ready to step into this more, like a more confident, luxurious, richer version of ourselves.
It's the same reason why we listen to that new Miley Cyrus song, Flowers, and we think like, oh, this song is such a vibe, it makes me feel so independent, like you've been that way the whole time. It's almost like you're getting permission now that you never needed and that you thought you did need. And so what this program's really gonna do is it's gonna, we're gonna talk about it and we're gonna break free of these patterns like once and for all and we're really going to define what it means to lead ourselves and what personal power can actually, how it can be embodied. And so I'm really excited about this course.
You can still jump in, the link is in our show notes or you can come to my Instagram, Danielle underscore on the daily or you can go to danielmaclary.com slash courses. All of my courses are available there. So you can see kind of everything that I offer. There's quite a few there.
So have some fun, dive in to my world. But the reckoning starts next week, everything is recorded, you will have lifetime access and it might continue to grow as we get started. I don't really know when it will end at this point. I'm thinking it's gonna be for trainings, but that could change because I have a lot to say on this topic and it's something that's just really firing me up and I'm just so committed to helping people just become the best version of themselves.
And this information, what I'm gonna teach in this course is the blueprint for that. So I hope you join us. Okay, I had a moment today. And well, by the time you're hearing this, it was a few days ago, I was waiting for Breezy to come out of the gym.
For those of you who are new here, Breezy is my smoke show of a fiance and a 10 if I do say so myself. She, I was waiting for her to come out of the gym because I constantly wait for her all the time. And she, I was sitting there just kind of like, just, you know when you just like have moments and you just kind of, you just kind of sit there and go, wow, I've come a really long way. It was one of those moments.
And I was thinking about, it was four years ago, I was in a really terrible financial situation because I was caught in this loop of which I've realized through a lot of the shadow work, which is a lot of the work I teach now, but I've realized through this work that like my biggest money things were that I couldn't become successful because if I did, I wouldn't need my dad anymore and then he would die. And like that is subconsciously what kept me stuck for a really long time. And I just always felt like I had to be available. And so I was just hustling.
Like I was just like this hamster on a wheel, just trying to get ahead and like never being able to. And this one particular moment four years ago, I had gotten a boot on my car, which for those of you who don't know, it's if you park in the wrong spot, sometimes they'll put like this thing on your tire. So you actually can't drive until you get it, you could go and pay ticket. And it's not cheap.
I mean, for me back then, it was, I think it was like three or $400. And that was, that broke me. I didn't actually have that money in my account and I had a child that I had to take care of. And if I would have, if I would have scrapped together the money to pay for that, I wouldn't have like had money.
And so I had to borrow money from my dad to get a boot off my car. And this was only four years ago. And now I'm literally today, walking in to the title office to close on my dream home and like, you know, sliding, like a total of like $140,000 across the table. And it's not, and I'm not even doing that as an employee of a company.
I'm doing that as a self-employed person with my own corporation, my own business. It's just really crazy. It's just so nuts to think about how far you can come in such a short period of time. And I remember, I remember I was, I was in that moment where I had to ask my dad for help.
I remember just being so, so down on myself. And I cried to Breezy and I, you know, I said, I, I, this is it. Like I can't, I can't live like this anymore. I need to, I need to get it together.
And it was kind of like an energetic rock bottom. And I don't know if you've ever been there where you just like shake yourself out of, you wake up almost and you go, I don't know what I'm doing. Like I need to figure this the fuck out. And I need to, I need to go and I need to make something to myself.
And so I did. And I started a business a couple months later. And, you know, it was scary. There were so many questions of what if this, what if it doesn't work out, what if I lose friends, what if I, you know, what if I can't get it right?
What if I'm not successful? What if, what if, what if, what if, what if. And also just I didn't have a business degree. I literally switched from being a business major after my first semester of college because I thought it was boring.
I went to school for theater and dance. I got a bachelor's in theater and I'm a bachelor's in dance and a master's of acting education. I, I didn't go to school for business. So who am I to start a business?
Who am I to, you know, do all these things? And here we are four years later and I almost have like a seven figure cash business. We're way over seven figures in sales but seven figure cash. That means that the money that you actually receive, not just like payment plans that you have like coming, like your actual cash.
Like we're almost at seven figures per year. That's a million dollars. That's a lot of profit. That's a, that's a lot.
And we're gonna take that and we're gonna, you know, we're gonna buy a house with it. And it's just really, really nuts. And I, I've had this conversation with clients, my one-on-one clients, you know, if you're in a private mentorship with me or if that's something that you're ever considering, the reason why it's so powerful is because you really get it behind the scenes glance at what it means to walk next to your mentor and I have a mentor for myself. And just being able to walk through life with her is just so profound.
And one of the conversations that I was having inside of one of my mentorship containers with a client was about that. And one of the questions she asked was, when does it get like easier? Like, when does it not scare you as much? Or when does my ego not, you know, try to stop me?
Or when does the fear go away? And it kind of struck me because I, my immediate reaction was like, oh, it will happen. But then I started to think about it and I had a moment of I don't think it ever does. I don't think the fear ever stops when you're building a business.
I don't think the fear ever stops. I don't think the ego ever goes completely quiet. I don't think that the comparison game ever goes away. I don't think any of that happens.
I think the difference is those who are successful and actually do the damn thing are the ones who don't allow those feelings of fear to pull focus. And the more that you make bold decisions, the more that you make big moves. When you invest in a coach or a mentor, you jump into coaching programs, even though you're like, wow, this is really stretching you financially. When you do that, you're becoming more comfortable with the fear.
And I think that's the difference. Is the people, you know, I always say like the biggest difference between me and somebody who feels like they can't get going isn't because I'm more talented or more educated or whatever. It's literally because I was like, fucking scary. And here we go.
One foot in front of the other brick by brick, brick by brick day by day. We're going to make this happen one way or another. We're going to make this happen. And it's the unwavering faith that I'm worth it.
I know that I'm going to figure it out. I know I heard on a reel on Instagram and I think it was Elise Myers and she was like, I was born with the how hard could it be Jean? And I was too. I really, I know I'm going to figure everything out, but you know, it's not like it gets scarier or less scary.
It doesn't. It's always scary. Every level you get to is going to be scary. It's just that the scary, it doesn't pull focus.
You get to the point where being scared or having doubts or imposter syndrome or fear or scared fear, same thing. Like imposter syndrome, whatever it is, it's just that you start to not allow that to pull you off. It's like, oh, there's that fear again. And now I'm at a point in my business where if I'm not afraid, if I'm not nervous, if I'm not uncomfortable with the level of my business that I'm reaching for, then I know that I'm not expanding.
I'm not growing in this moment because I know that whenever I'm afraid, it's because something big is about to happen. And I don't get afraid if I'm not taking big moves. So I actually welcome the fear now and I can go, ooh, I'm afraid something big must be happening. This must be a sign that this is what I'm meant to do.
And so it makes it easier to just keep moving even though you feel that. So you really just have to, it's not even that you have to get to know your shadow. It's like you have to learn to love your shadow and trust that that is the reason why you are where you are today. And that's the reason why you're gonna keep going.
And I think a lot of people miss this is they give up on entrepreneurship or they don't hire a coach because they're afraid. And it's like, no, the fear is a sign that you're moving in the right direction. And that's power. So honor the fear when it comes in.
Honor the nervousness you get, the comparison that you feel, honor it and move anyway, right? And it's just one foot in front of the other and you don't have to know how it's gonna look a year from now. I would have never told, if you would have told me four years ago, somebody would have been like, what are you doing? So you can build a house in Texas and have it be custom from the ground up.
Like why are you starting a business? Is that why? I'd have been like, no, I didn't know the how. I didn't know what was gonna happen.
I just knew that I was done living the way I was living. I was done feeling the way I was feeling. I was done making excuses. I was done saying no to things because of money.
I never, ever will have to say no to something because of money again. And that's power. And that's something that I've worked very hard to achieve. And I will never stop working hard for.
And I just think that we get uncomfortable and we get, ooh, that must not be what I'm trying to do. And I actually call that spiritual bypassing because of course you're gonna be scared. That's what happens when you're leveling up. And that's not, you just have to keep moving through it.
Because every time then you get scared after that, it won't feel so soul shaking. Instead, it'll be like, okay, there it is. And we're gonna keep moving. And we're gonna keep going.
So if you're an entrepreneur and you're building something or you're ready to expand, you're ready to invest in a coach. And then every time you go to, you get afraid and it stops you, the difference between you, where you're at and where you wanna go is that in order to get to where you're gonna go, you're gonna have to do it any way. You're gonna have to do it even though you're panicking. And you're gonna have to do it a lot.
You're gonna have to do it over and over and over again, even though you're scared. And just trust that the fear's not gonna go away. It's just no longer gonna pull focus. So I hope this was helpful.
I can't believe that I'm next time I talk to you. I'm gonna be in my new home. It's with a new background. I'm just, I'm shook.
I really am shook. And I just can't thank you all enough for all of your support over the last few years. This has been such a whirlwind and I know we're just getting started and I love what I do and I love that I get to be such an integral part of all of your lives.
