When the motivation isn’t there

Motivation is not something we can always rely on. If we wait until we feel like doing the work then we will likely procrastinate and become overwhelmed.It's nice when we feel motivated but there are times that we need to get work done that we just don't want to do. This is when we need to reply on commitment, determination and focus. These are the emotions that will get us to the start line and motivation will come once we start the race.
