When the Pattern Breaks

Every hunter has lived it: the buck that showed up on camera like clockwork for three weeks vanishes the day the season opens. The pattern breaks. All the scouting, all the planning, all the certainty — gone in a single cold front, a dropped acorn crop, a neighbor's dozer. The woods humble everyone eventually.Life breaks patterns too. It promises something better: straight paths for the man who trusts with all his heart. Not paths without turns, but paths that arrive where God intends. When your pattern breaks, don't panic and don't lean harder on your own figuring. Submit the way to Him.
