What this episode covers
Join Our Community Here: https://www.lifeintransition.online/ What are you when the thing that defined you is gone? For Luis de Camejo, the answer to that question took years to find. He was a soccer player from Venezuela — not casually, but all-consumingly. At 14 he was playing in Italy. At 16 he was on the verge of a professional contract. By 18 the dream was gone, he was in a country that wasn't his, and the only identity he'd ever known had disappeared overnight. What followed was one of the most honest accounts of reinvention Art has recorded. Luis didn't have a plan. He had $200 in the bank, a new baby on the way, and the kind of hunger that only comes from having nothing to fall back on. He sent over 300 cold emails to college coaches. He got a scholarship, lost it to an infected foot, spent six months on crutches, and started over. He built businesses from scratch — stickers in a garage, screen printing at 3am, a social media agency, a podcast studio — not because he had a roadmap, but because he kept following whatever was pulling him forward. Luis's story isn't about having the right strategy. It's about what happens when a man stops needing to know how it ends and just keeps moving anyway.
