When They Just Won't Fucking Listen

I’ve tried my damndest to give good advice to many people over the years.And very few accept it. At least not in a real, noticeable way. Be it friends, family, co-workers, or acquaintances, it’s difficult for people to change. They appear to be listening. They tell you that you’re giving them good advice.And then they do nothing with it. And repeat the cycle of whatever bullshit they’re going through. If it happens to the people you love repeatedly, it may frustrate you enough to stop trying. I’ve reached that point with several over the years. Some folks, you just can’t reach. Especially MAGA folks. Trumpanzees just are too indoctrinated in their cult to listen and change.I talk about this in today’s episode. It’s not our job to try to fix everyone’s shitty situation. Especially when they choose not to accept the wisdom you’re offering.
