When they shall say Peace and Safety

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 Efforts to determine the date of Christ's return are foolish. Don't be mislead by anyone who claims to know. We are told in scripture that no one knows. Even believers will be surprised. The Lord will return suddenly and unexpectedly, warns Paul, so be ready because no one knows when Jesus will come back to earth to take every Born again believer out of this world. We should be ready at all times. How do you get ready ? Simply repent and ask Jesus Christ into your Heart and life. Romans 10:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. It can be as simple as praying- Lord God I know that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness, I know that you died on the cross for me, Lord Jesus and that you were raised from the dead on the third day, I will repent and turn away from my way of life and turn to you. Thank you Jesus for saving me.
