Belshazzar is a peculiar historical figure. This brief story of Belshazzar is both an encouragement and a warning. God is faithful and His word will be confirmed, but sooner or later, time runs out on our opportunity to respond to what God has said. This is our urgency to believe and to follow, and to share our hope with people around us before time runs out.
