When to compromise in war

World War II established clear precedents for achieving military victory, but these tenets are not being followed in the war with Iran. Instead of forcing a decisive conclusion, the United States attacks for weeks before attempting to negotiate. This strategy fails because the IRGC embraces martyrdom as their God's ultimate reward and will never surrender. To win this war, the only viable path is total defeat.
