When to Use Tough Love v Soft Love

Jackson Brown Jr.Tough love and soft love are part of the same coin.  They co- exist as pair like yin and yang and up and down. They are required for a solid foundation for your wellbeing and one without the other would cause you great imbalance. It's always nice to be appreciated through soft love and kind words and this helps your spirit to grow especially in tough times, however, if you get too comfortable and start settling for less you may find yourself being stagnant halting any chance of real growth . In nature and life most breakthroughs come after harsh storms and periods in your life. Think of the spring and the flowers that bloom  after a long cold dark winter.  Adversity or tough love  is your friend in disguise and it's rears it's head  to help you grow back stronger. In this episode I share with you when to use both tough love and soft love as a way to help those you care for.
