When will spring finally arrive in Saskatchewan?

It's safe to say we've all had enough of old man winter! But with another cold spring storm, bringing snow, rain and even hail and thunderstorms to parts of the province, is true spring weather on the horizon? We check in with Danielle Desjardins, a meteorologist with Environment Canada, to learn more about when spring-like conditions will finally arrive.
