When Winter Comes (A Back to School Ditty)
from Cindy Palin Music & Words Hosted by Cindy Marie Palin
Dedicated to Hailey. This story is one of my all time favourites and was inspired by such a strange occurrence. I noticed a young lady boarding a school bus in the middle of winter, and she was wearing flip flops. My imagination ran away with itself and soon I was picturing the transitions of back to school fashion to mid-winter freezing. You must remember winter in Canada sports a great deal of below freezing temperatures. Have a listen and you'll get the idea. I would love to see this story illustrated one day. One of my favourite children's authors is Robert Munsch and I think he would get a laugh too. If you appreciate season two of Cindy Palin Music & Words drop me a line at [email protected]. I would love to hear from you. Some of my music and words are available for purchase at www.newcindypalin.com. Have a super day kids, and kids in grown-up bodies. Cindy Palin
